Our cakes for Christmas and Easter have all the scent of Torcolato. Both are produced according to an artisanal recipe with natural leavening, from a sourdough refreshed every day since 1972.
For every kilo of cake 50 ml of Torcolato wine are used, in which the sultanas are rehydrated for four days. We offer these pastries in elegant packs together with our iconic wine from Vespaiola grapes.
