Cornorotto Marzemino

Perfect pairing with first courses with gamy ragouts, roasted meats or mixed grilled meats.
From the Cornorotto vineyard, the grape is slightly dried for about a week to get more concentration, along with an intense ruby color. It promises a rich nose with notes of black fruits and intense and persistent mouthfeel.

Exposure and type of land: volcanic and tuffaceous hills
Vine layout: Grapes are slightly dried for one week, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with frequent punching downs
Aging: Six months in stainless steel tanks

Organoleptic notes

Color: intense ruby red with purple notes

On the nose: rich with notes of black small briies and ripe black fruits

In the mouth: intense and persistent flavours, soft and velvety with very light tannins.
