Tre Volti

Perfect aperitif and paired with appetizers. Great with the whole meal, with fish and even better with fish and shellfish.
A small percentage of the wine is fermented and aged for five months in French oak barriques. The bubbles are fine and persistent thanks to the thirty-six months on the lees in bottle. Fruity aromas are very well integrated with notes of bread. Dry and round in balance with a citrusy finish. Lingering and pleasant with a long finish.
