A versatile dessert wine, perfect with chocolate cakes and wild berries pies. Try it with aged cheeses or strong-flavored blue cheese.
The grapes are dried in special rooms for one month. This gives to the wine an intense bouquet of ripe red berries followed by notes of blackberries and dark cherries. Sweet and full-bodied, has very long finish in the mouth.
